Prerequisites for Participating:

This is an advanced series of Webinars/Teleconferences. While there are no specific prerequisites, attendees should have training, education and associated experience in general coding, billing and reimbursement areas to best assimilate the information, concepts and processes that will be presented.

Each of the modules listed are presented on a stand-alone basis. In some cases there are more extensive series of modules to address special topics. There are referenced in the notes associated with the modules below.

Target Audience: Billing, claims transactions, patient accounting, business office, coding, charge master, compliance, financial, planning, quality assurance and associated job titles and positions within the hospital setting are the main audience. Interested nursing and physician staff members are also welcome to attend.

Attendance Certificate: Upon attending this course you will receive a 2 Contact Hour Attendance Certificate. There is usually a reciprocal agreement between state associations to allow these to count for each state. If you have any questions, please ask your state association.

Refund Policy:

Full tuition is refunded immediately on request if the participant has not been sent the program materials and instructions. Once the instructions (including access codes) have been sent, a full refund will be issued only after the program runs and it is verified that the participant did not access the program.
